Dr. Christine Mikhail
Hello, my name is Doctor Christine Mikhail. I graduated from the University of Southern California in 2001 and have been practicing for almost ten years. I moved to Cincinnati in 2003 and began practicing in West Chester, Ohio in 2006. I am happily married to a physician and have three beautiful children.
One main question I have gotten over the years is why I chose to become a dentist. After all, for most people, going to the dentist is like having a lobotomy performed. To me it was simple. When I lived in California, I had the opportunity to serve a very poor community of migrant farm workers. My team and I traveled as a mobile dental clinic and had the blessing of working with these wonderful people. They never had dental insurance, let alone been seen by a dentist. They were sickly and penniless. In turn they were grateful for the care we provided. Most of the time, when they knew they were going to be seen, they would come dressed in their best church clothing which sometimes had holes. This experience taught me a lesson about being content. It also taught me that no matter what situation is presented to me whether it’d be financial difficulty, fear, or self esteem issues, answers can be provided to be sure everyone is cared for.
Even though West Chester, Ohio is demographically different than that of these migrant workers, my team and I are pleased to offer the best care we can and the best service available. I feel I have been blessed to be here and look forward to working with you.
Dr. Tammy Baker
Hello, My name is Dr. Tammy Baker. I graduated from the Ohio State University Dental School. I’ve spent all my life in the Dayton, Ohio area, which is also where I have been practicing personal patient care for the past 15 years.
Caring for others has always been a priority in my life, and being a dentist affords me the opportunity to create life-long relationships with patients. Education and prevention are key in staying healthy, so I approach each day with the goal to build a mutual trust and respect by connecting personally to every person I meet. This is what I believe will help to insure a long-lasting and higher quality of life for my patients.
I was drawn to West Chester Center for Dentistry because of our shared philosophy of quality patient care and their reputation amongst the community. It is apparent that every team member at West Chester Center for Dentistry has a vested interest in their patients and work each day to improve the lives of others. Together, I believe we can all truly make a difference in the lives of those we meet.
When not practicing dentistry, I enjoy reading, taking walks, playing golf and spending time with my wonderful family.
